The Cape Girardeau County Reorganized Common Sewer District is requesting bids for contracted general management services, for the time period of January 1 to June 30, 2024.  Reimbursement will be made based on billable hours, not to exceed 70 hours per month. 

Duties include office management, supervision, plumbing and mechanical repairs, landscape maintenance and repair, customer service, coordination of repair and maintenance contracts, planning, budgeting, and other general managerial services as required.  Contractors must provide their own transportation and most required tools and equipment.
